500ml bottle @ 4.7% . Pours clear amber/copper, small white head and thin retention. Aroma of toffee malts and a zesty orange. Taste is toffee and biscuit malts, orange citrus, a little above average in sweetness. Very moreish. A mild bitterness seems to balance the beer. A good moderate to full body for a sub 5% beer, carbonation works well. A superb tasty bitter.

13-02-20 // 500ml bottle. Very clear darker golden to amber. Frothy white head. Quickly fading. Mild bready in the nose. Malt forward, light cara malts, light toast, light bread, some mild toffee fruit. A mild to medium bitterness, well embedded. Smooth.

4.7% export version. Smell- weak, malt. Foam- thin, malt, bitter-sweetness, and maybe hops. Head is medium-sized, creamy, dirty white color. Appearance- non-generic bottle cap, red letter N by the looks of it. The bottle itself is simple enough. Clear orange-amber, weak carbonation. From- pint glass Taste- malt, bitter-sweet notes, some hops in the mix. Interesting, have some odd taste added to it what I don't mind. Perfectly drinkable but nothing over the top.

Can left behind by me old mate Tim after the Lord Alwold (my humble yet majestic back bar) Crimbo shindig. Clear copper coloured pour with a white head. Vanilla, orchard fruit, soft malt nose. Creamy, malty taste. Used to love this on cask back in the 90s when trying to escape the pubs that had Courage Best (the 80s/90s Doom Bar) on.
