Keg at Prince Arthur, Fleet. Aroma is malty slightly sour. Clear dark gold. Foamy white head. Slightly spur. Vaguely malty. Metallic edge. Light-medium bodied. Slick..Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. Blaanndddd and wet.

Old rating from 2001 - From the tap, pours amber with a dense white head. Aromas & tastes of caramel, grain, toffee, earth & malt. Medium body. Light bitter finish

500ml can from Beers of Europe. Pours a clear dark amber with a lovely looking creamy white head. Aroma is biscuit and caramel noted malt, jam. Smooth medium body, low carbonation. Taste is very poor though, some malt, grain, dishwater, semi-sweet but otherwise very bland.

Clear amber gold with a creamy off-white head. Zero aroma, creamy with no discernible flavour beyond hints of sweet malt. Seems a very popular choice amongst the masses, but I struggle to understand its appeal. (Won't let me score the aroma as zero!)
