Draught as part of a sampled, at the Strange tap room, on October 6, 2012Hazy pale straw yellow color, white head. Malty, yeast, herbal, lemon, phenolic taste. Harsh and yeasty aftertaste. Fruity, acidic, lemon scent. Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Tap @ Strange. Brewed with sorgham. Clear, light yellow appearance with a white head that dissipates pretty quickly. A touch citrusy, light grainy aroma. Effervescent, somewhat lemony sour, light soda flavor. Not bad for a gluten free.
