Gylden brun klar med høyt beige skum. Lukter tung karamell, brunt sukker og noe trevirke. Lett. Søt, karamell, noe brent. Lett bitterhet i avslutningen.

330ml Bottle - Light copper in colour. Dried fruit, nuts and caramel in the aroma. Fruity, malty and slightly nutty taste with raisins, sultanas, walnuts and caramel detected.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 25 Sep 2015) Amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty nose with notes of toffee, caramel and black-currant. Malty taste with toffee, caramel, some black-currant and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Aroma is odd with mash and bready malt. Flavour has strong menthol, toffee, bready malt and hints of vegetables. Also some grass and plastic. Even a feeling of contamination at the end of the glass. Not that good.

Bottled@Bishops Arms, Umeå. Reddish amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some yeast, mild strawberries as well as some earth. Flavour is fruity, mild toffee, some strawberries as well as some caramel malts. Infected, to be tried again at some point.

Bottle at The Bishops Arms, Umeå. Amber dark color, small white head. Tart infected aroma. Medium-bodied. Flavor has also signs of infection. Malty but tart, grassy and bad. To be rerated.
