Cask at Bishop’s Arms, Malmö
Dark mahogany color with red beams; almost no head. Excellent toffee aroma, and hops; possibly a bit of diacetyl too. Round mouthfeel, strong caramel flavor, with a dry accent towards the end; strong bitterness, and citrusy hopping. Maybe the best I had from Ocean.

Draught@Glenfiddish Warehouse 68, Stockholm. Deep ambery ruby colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is fruits, mild raisins, quite bitter hoppyness as well as some pleasant red berries. Flavour is dark fruits, some wood and toffee. Sweet malty finish along with some rather bitter notes.

Draught (Glenfiddich Warehouse, Stockholm) - Brown with some amber tinges. Malty and slightly roasted aroma with notes of dried fruit and caramel. Fruity, roasted and bitter taste with notes of raisins, nuts and caramel.

Cask. Clear dark brown with an orange hue and a small, rough off-white head. Distinct buter in the nose and some sweet fruit. Medium-bodied, close to flat, sweet overripe fruit, a little roasted malt and caramel. Has a light tartness and ends fairly hoppy. 050211

Draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse 68, Stockholm. Clear ruby, fairl sized head. Fruity nose. Lightly roasty with light-medium body, lightly spritzy mouthfeel. Lightly bready with slight salty hops and medium bitterness. Should probably seek out the cask version rather than the keg version of this.

From cask at Bishops Arms. Pours dark brown and golden orange with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted and breadish malty. Bitter, hoppy and slight fruity. Bitter and lingering fruity. Bitter and malty finish. Harmonious.

Draught at The Rover, Göteborg, on February 5, 2011Clear dark copper to brown color, fluffy tan head. Cream, red berries, grainy, slight bit butterscotch taste. Butterscotch aftertaste. Thinish mouthfeel, low bitterness. Acidic, grainy, sweet, fruity scent.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 21 Jan 2011) Dark brown colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with dark bread, caramel, raisins and hints of nuts ans a touch of smoke. Malty, slightly fruity taste with notes of caramel, dried fruit, raisins, prunes, roasted malt and a generous bitterness in the finish (almost reminiscent of sweet gale). Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Nice one.
