Draught at Bishop’s Arms, Malmö, 4.8% ABV
Amber color; solid head. Aroma of cereals, raw malt. Quite good caramel and malt flavor, with just the minimal required sweetness, overwhelmed quickly by a strong bitterness. The final is very long, powerful, but without particular hop characteristics. Straight beer, no surprise, but well brewed.

300ml served from tap and poured into a special glass at Glenfiddich Warehouse, Gamla Stan. Rocky, beige head leaving nice lacing behind. Near-clear, copper coloured body. Lighter smell of dried fruits. Mild, spiced fruits in flavour along with malty sweetness followed by a smooth bitter aftertaste. A refreshing and easy to drink beverage with summer session qualities (Stockholm, 27.07.2010).

Draught@Ölrepubliken, Göteborg. Amber colour, mediumsized beige creamy head, that leaves lace. Aroma is quite earthy, fruity and slightly wooden. Flavour is quite much the same in a nice balance. Quite grassy as well.

Draught at Ölrepubliken, Göteborg, o June 3, 2010Clear golden color, some nice red to copper streaks as well. Thick, dense, lasting, creamy, off-white head with hints of pink in it. Very nice looking. Nice, smooth, caramelley, sweet scent, subtle herbal and floral hoppy notes, also some sugary sweetened cream with raspberries. Also sugary and sweet wort in the back. Herbal, smooth, malty, floral, caramel, faint red berry taste. Herbal, sweet cream, hoppy, slightly bitter aftertaste. Full and somewhat smooth mouthfeel. Medium herbal bitterness. Very drinkable, well balanced. Nice and with some complexity between malt and hop balance still. I can imagine buying it again for sure.
