Bottle from brewery. Slightly hazy amber colour. Aroma of strong ginger, less caramel, cinnamon, grassy hops. Taste is medium bitter, light sweet. Finish gingery bitter.

150 cl PET bottle purchased at the brew pubOn May 21, 2009Cloudy brown color, small tan head. Spicy, ginger, nettle, herbal scent. Ginger, cinnamon, herbal taste. Moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

on tap at the brewery. Zazvorove pivo means beer with ginger. Semi-dark colour, spicy nose. Spicy taste indeed, malty and very gingery, quite fiery. Hops is there too. Not sweet, well balanced beer, which is quite interesting because of the exotic ginger flavours.
