"Brigand Winterbier". Pours a hazy yellow/orange with a white head. Aroma of yeast, hops, spices, with a noticeable apple presence. Manages to hide its alcohol well. Decent brew.

As Winter Brigand. Not that full for such a heavy one.

Tap, Café het Pleintje, Hengelo. A large glass full of fermented malt extract. Obvious alcohol, but that is compensated somewhat by a good hops and malt character. Plums. Full bodied, almost thick. The taste is good, but this brew is almost too much for my tastebuds.

golden colored, medium off white head, nice lasting and lacing. Aroma is of Belgian spicy yeast, some malt coriander, spicy peppery, brewing sugar. Taste is medium+ sweet malt, caramel, brewing sugar, spicy peppery yeast, coriander, medium bitterness, bit alcohol. medium+ bodied, average+ carbonation, oily-creamy. Basically a Brigand with small amount of roast which goes unnoticed. (on tap, Michelle's pub, Izegem)
