bottle - Pours light amber with a one finger head. It has a mild, malt aroma. The flavor is lightly toasted caramel malt and a bit of hops. It’s light bodied and while drinkable and not offensive at all, quite unremarkable.

(355 ml bottle at Haket, Göteborg) On April 23, 2008. Clear copper color, tan head. Odd aroma, applesauce, malt, sweet. Sweet, butterscotch, candycorn taste. Spritzy mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Really strange, won’t buy this one again.

Bottle. Rich malty aroma with a touch of grassy hop. Amber color with a temporary beige head. Near medium body with fizzy carbonation. Roasted caramel with a minimal amount of grassy hop. Rather more tasty than one might think. They should get a downgrade for describing this as an ale, but generosity is a good thing. Finish is mildly sweet with perhaps a note of tobacco.

Bottled at Bishop’s Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Clear amber, rich head. Papery buttery malt aroma. Medium sweet with clean rounded mouthfeel. Medium bodied. The low hop rate gives low bitterness and full emphasize on the malt. Nicely balanced, but being a tad sterile and lifeless it seems to more emulate the big south Bavarian brewer’s beers than the really good beers from the region.

Pours a clear amber color, with a light tan ring of carbonation. Light, fruity aroma with grassy hops and cereals. Grainy flavor, with nice grassy hops flourishes and malts that sweeten as the beer warms, leading to a bready, fruity finish. Medium body. A solid lager.

Draft at the MBC taphouse. Has a good amber color. A mild but pleasant "beery" smell to it. A fine example of what's basically a mild style.
