A silghtly orange yellow beer with a medium and blond head. Aroma is basicly fruitfull and fresh, sweet malts, orange marmelade, perfume, citrusfruits and herbs. Very complex and pleasant aroma. Taste is fruitfull, drying herbs, spicyness, oranges and herbs. Dryer taste than aroma. Lots of carbonation, still quite smooth and fresh to drink. Very enjoyable aroma, after that taste is slightly simple, anyway tastefull and pleasant, herbal and fruitfull Tripel.

Bottle. Slightly hazy golden with big off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, fruit, spices and orange peel. Flavour is malt, yeast, medium sweet, fruit, orange peel, hops and a little bitter.

Golden colour, white head. Fresh tripel aroma, citrus, spices, quite malty. Flavour lightly sweet, moderately bitter. Spices up front, Belgian yeast lingers. Finish quite dry.

Flaske 0,33l på ’t Antwaerps Bierhuiske 28 Apr 11. Aprikosfarget. OK luftig skum. Uklar. Søt krydret aroma. Smaken er appelsin & litt krydder. Balanserer hårfint på grensen til å bli for søt.

Bottle @ Early Winter Tasting, Odense, 2011. Pours cloudy golden with a creamy white head. Yeasty and fruity nose. Orange fruit, yeast and dry hops. Full bodied. Warmth. Fine Tripel.

Draft @ Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels. Dorée paille, col blanc épais. Arôme de levure belge avec en retrait des ester fruité et une levure type d’abbaye. Un léger malt grillé avec un relent de bubble-gum, fruité avec une levure laissant un aspect de renfermé. Bière au profile abbaye de part sa levure, a un profile en bouche qui est fruité avec des traces d’ester, légère amertume houblonnée avec en retrait un pointe de malt caramel. Fruit reste présent agrémentant le tout d’une note tropicale, alcool réchauffant, un peu de sucre et au fini un houblon léger amer avec une levure épicée.
