A golden malty 'Tripel' with a well-balanced bitterness and fruity aftertaste. Diverse flavours come together in harmony. Fresh dry to slightly sweet with subtle notes of coriander. The scent of yellow fruit and delicate bitterness determine the definition of this original tripel.

Bottle @ home. Clear yellow colour with a big white head. Smells sloghtly hoppy, grassy, fresh, sweet, floral, some herbs. Tastes hoppy, fresh, slightly grassy. This is what a triple should be like. Great beer! Medium body, medium carbo.

I don’t know what this is but it’s good. Tastes like a banana orgasm. Pours pale cloudy blond with some good head and lacing. Tastes halfway between a tripel and a Belgian wit. Lots of florals as well. On tap at Blue Monk.
