A golden malty 'Tripel' with a well-balanced bitterness and fruity aftertaste. Diverse flavours come together in harmony. Fresh dry to slightly sweet with subtle notes of coriander. The scent of yellow fruit and delicate bitterness determine the definition of this original tripel.

Poured from 330mL bottle. Clear gold with white head. Belgian yeast and esters, very feint honey, a slight skunky note in the background. Average.

Bottle at De Beiaard Nieuwpoort. Hazy amber colour lasting white head. Citrus tripel aroma some esters. Little carbonation, what there is, is harsh. Some fruits through out. Orange tangerine grapefruit. Some bitterness on the finish. Thin malts. But it's OK. A light tripel

330mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out cotton candy, candi sugar, and some floral notes. Flavour has a fairly complex Belgian yeast character, some spiciness, light candi sugar, and an above-average carbonation to boot. Not the most complex tripel, but it's structured well and quite drinkable. Solid enough.

Very nice classic tripel. In my style, more body fullness chewy sweetness, mildly phenolic. Spuyt ams

Hazy gold with a frothy, white head. Aroma full of coriander with candy and stone fruit undertones. Taste is bitter with a spicy finish. Body to the full side of medium, mild carbonation. Decent. Lacks the depth of the best of the style.

Van de tap in restaurant Nozems in Den Helder. Uitbundig wit schuim, goudgele kleur. Zowel wat bitterheid als licht zoet in aroma en smaak. Prettige tripel, prima.

Bottle from Dranken Vandewoude, Veurne, Belgium. A hazy golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Bready, yeasty, spice, fruity taste/aroma. Pleasant enough Belgian tripel.

Appearance: cloudy gold with a large off-white frothy head of good retention. Aroma: pleasant spicy hop, neutral malt, overripe fruits, tropical hints. Taste: light sweet and bitter. Malt, overripe fruits, spicy yeast, tropical notes, warming alcohol. Mouth feel: medium body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: very interesting.
