Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a bubbly off-white head. The aroma is very sweet with a strong spicy presence, citrus, coriander, cloves, and a bit of cinnamon. The flavor is quite sweet with a strong spicy note as well as a good deal of fruits, and with the alcohol felt slightly on the tongue, leading to a dry spicy end. The spices includes coriander and cloves, and the fruitiness is mainly citrusy.

Bottled. Golden, light carbonating beer with a white head. Sweet aroma with malt, alcohol and some spices. The flavor is much the same. Too much alcohol actually. Sweet and alcoholic finish. The aroma of this beer is quite promising, but unfortunately the flavor doesn’t follow the same track. (060516)

Dark golden beer with a medium head. Banana, roses and bubblegum dominates the yeasty aroma. Sweet initial flavour with a sharp pepper finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a beautiful, clear, dark amber with a rather handsome and tall, off-white head with good retention. Very distinct aromas of fruit and yeast. Full-bodied with notes of caramel malt, yeast and alcohol - and perhaps some diacetyl. Very typical Belgian - but not overly refined. The yeasty esters are a bit too dominant for my liking. 030306
