.5 L bottle poured, and split. Thanks to Matt for sharing this. India Saison. A new style is born every time I open a new beer, I swear. I love it. Pours a cloudy orange with a lingering fizz head. Surprisingly inviting aroma of dusty grains, soft fruit and belgian yeast. Flavor is a belgian heavy profile, with a battling hop content, and a dry finish. I’m not really sure why I like this. It doesn’t really match my usual qualities. India Belgian Saison. Solid IBS here.

Bottle. Unclear yellow color. Aroma: a bit wild yeast, malt and a little candy and fruits. Taste: candy, malt, pear, bitter hops, a bit of citrus.

Flaske 0.5L på Full Tank. Klar lys strågul med hvitt skum. Lukt humle, belgisk gjær. Smak lime, belgisk gjær, hvetemalt, humle. Fint balansert bitterhet

Brewed 09.02.15. Hazy orange color with huge white head. Aroma is lime, lemongrass, exotic fruits (more towards physalis, starfruit, gooseberries and the likes, not mango & passion fruit), peppery yeasts. Taste goes back and forth between a strong peppery yeast character with that Belgian funk and new world hops with exotic fruits as described in the aroma, also a bit earthy and some hints of a caramel maltiness (and of course wheat) shines through. Dry peppery finish, also a bit bitter. Complex and refreshing at the same time, despite the comparably high ABV for a Saison. Medium carbonation. This is beautiful. The bottle overflowed with a living foam that built up slowly and came out of the neck after I poured half of it. Something magic has happened with this bottle :P I am in love and I while I usually expect good things from the involved breweries, this exceeded my expectations by a lot. Pairing this with some spiced sausage and flavoursome cheese lets the hops shine through more. The recommendation works out.

Bottle @ Voldby øl-messe. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, spicy yeast, wheat, flowers, fruity hops, ripe peach, light citrus. Flavor is malt, yeast, spice, littel pepper, fruit, flowers, light citrus. edium body, soft carbonation, dry and lasting bitter finish. 290815

Poured from the tap. Cloudy light yellow with white head. Grassy citrus with floral dry hop finish. Hoppy saison yeast combo.
