750ml wired cork bottle form Le Social. Opened with a loud pop. Red amber colour, off-white foamy head that quickly dissipates and aroma of apple, musty, rubber. Taste is sweet, juicy, apple, fruity, grapey, with some rubbery funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light foamy carbonation, dry tangy fruity tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Shared from bottle courtesy of Maakun. Unclear copper. There’s a bit of a hazy ghost in the bottle. Sulphury, phenolic, irony, rusty, flinty, juicy, old brown apple peels, some grapefruit, floral notes as well. Moderate sweet and quite rubbery dry bitterness. Medium body and soft carbonation. At first it feels a bit off but it opens up to an interesting cider to drink.
