0.5 L bottle, shared with Albert at the brewery. Pours a pale, hazy yellow, with a small, bubbly, off-white ring. The aroma is bright, citrusy pineapple and grapefruit, with lemon peel, black pepper, and a bit of gose-esque saltiness. Crisp and very tart, with a light sugary sweetness to back it up. Light to medium body, acidic, crisp, and clean. This is a brilliant and aromatic, citrusy sour. Not overly complex or deep, but focused and flavorful. Surprisingly easy drinking and refreshing.
