750ml bottle I bought in December 2023 at the brewpub. Pours clear orange, white head. Huge peach and malt and flowers. Fresh peach juice and skins and peach candy over a lemony body. Lightly sweet finish. Huge hit. 9 4 8 5 17

Poured a slightly cloudy yellow-orange color with a small white head. Aroma was big peach. Flavor was peach, woody wine, light sweetness. Flavor was really tasty peaches, vinous, juicy. Solid stuff. At a DCBeer share.

2018 version at the brewery in 2021. Booming huge peach aroma. Really awesome real peach tone combines with that wine barrel lemon lime sour. Really stellar beer. A lot going on, bold Brett, sour candy IPA, PEACH. Good stuff.
Oooo peachy wine vibes, slightly stone fruit funk, slightly tannic, real nice blend of the two paradigms. Slightly dry, slighty sweet. Real nice saison for sure

Bottle thanks to bursprak! Thanks buddy. Pours hazy milky orange with a small fizzy white head. Aromas of peach, sweet wine, esters, citrus. Taste is peachy, light sour, estery, vinous, sweet oak, grapes, floral. Delicious!

Bottle @ Stephen’s house. Thanks David! Pours a hazy golden orange appearance with a tiny head. A bit buttery, peach / apricot, vanilla, oaky nose. Dull carbonation. Some butterscotch in the mouth. Stone fruit, candy, vanilla, light coconut flavor. Wish the carbonation was a bit better, which is kind of strange considering some of the other bottles were gushers.
