Sampled from the tap at BarleyPop Live. Pours near black with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dark grains and toffee with caramel and vanilla growing. Flavor has earthy dark grains and toffee with growing vanilla and a bit of salted caramel in the finish.

Draught @ Beer Temple, Chicago. Sweet, heavy with vanilla notes, bourbon, oak, wood, syrup, roastiness and warming alcohol. Sweeter than the regular version, but the vanilla fits in quite nicely.
