Tap @ the source. Pours dark brownish black with a small brown head. Aromas of roasted malts, chocolate, ash. Taste is malty, roast, light ashy and chocolate.

Tap at the brewpub in Bend. This was an alright stout with almost too much flavour for a classic Irish. Decent though

Draught. Beer ended better than it began. Black body with no head. Faint roast and chocolate aroma. Full bodied with chocolate, coffee and roast malt songs. Smoke in the finish.

On Tap at the Galveston location. black with a thin quick tan head. Classic Irish Stout aromas and flavors. Some campfire and soot, and modestly hopped. Not as dry and most of the style. Nice flavors.
