Bottle from Bacchanalia, consumed at home. Orange/copper, a bin thin-looking, translucent. Not too much head. Gentle wood and resin aroma. Taste starts quite mild, but the bittersweet-umami flavour comes to the fire near the finish. Long balanced bitter aftertaste. A well made and nicely subtle IPA.

Hazy dark blonde. Bubbly head. Aroma is mellow, herbal. Palate is spicy, with a slightly sweet maltiness. Good balance on this one. Still a fair bit of dryness.
