Such nice mellow Brett notes and truffle hints, went perfectly with truffle hot sauce too, the funk and tart notes well balanced, bit heavier body and lasting mouthfeel than expected but de garde does that well! Always surprised to drink without cheese.

Nice earthy bitterness, truffle hints, tart finish, subtle and sweet.

Bottle pour @ De Garde. Pours light hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is insane. Sweet berries, perfume, oak, vanilla, funk, soil, citrus, lemon. Taste is alike with a lot of oak, vanilla, lemony tart notes. Damn this is interesting

Bottle at RBSG. Pours a bright yellow golden hue with a medium white head. A big sour funky lemon and wood nose, light wine. Vinous, sharp lemon lactic notes, some earthy dusty truffle. Pretty solid.

Bottle - Sour and earthy mushroom light barrel. Cloudy gold with a small beige head. Soured earthy soured notes with a long acidic finish.

750ml bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is unfortunately not truffle but plenty sour funk and barrel. Taste is more of the nice funky sour wood some spice.
