On tap at McKays, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out bitter hops, spicy notes and biscuity malt. Flavour is very bitter, with lots of floral bitter hops, with a dry biscuity malt base. Super bitter, but tastefully done. It's alright.

On Tap Hazy deep golden. Rather light in color and in character. Nicely balanced but not particularly bold. An easy IPA even at the fairly hefty 7% ABV

Growler from Berts. Hoppy, resinous up front, mild on the back end. Deep golden color, frothy head. Hoppiness favors the citrus nature, dull finish.

Nice hazy golden coloured body with a thin tan head about a centimetre tall. Aroma of grapefruit and a good deal of piney hops with a touch of malt and some bitterness. Medium-bodied; Strong malty flavour coupled with a deep and rather resinous hop flavour showing pine and grapefruit and a little extra alcohol on the finish. Aftertaste shows a balanced body of malt and hops with some extra bitterness from the hops but only a little pungency on the finish and a decent IPA throughout, especially comparing to other beers from the area. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Made in Oregon (PDX Airport - Terminal C) on 05-May-2015 for US$4,95 sampled at home in Washington on the other end of the country on 09-June-2015 an hour after returning from the PNW again.
