Clear orange beer, very big creamy off-white to yellow head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty malty, grains, banana, yeasty, sweetish impression, more banana. MF: lovely carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet malts up front, ripe banana, 4VG, soft bitterness, yeasty, bit spicy, coriander, more banana. Aftertaste: yeasty, spicy, some coriander, sweetish, ripe banana, bitter, bit grassy, some caramel, spicy, coriander, orange peel, very malty, cow fodder.
