500ml bottle. Golden colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, fruity, hay hint. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, citric, with some tart acidity and light tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

330ml bottle - Pours a pale golden colour with a short lived thin white head. The aroma is apple juice, toffee apple and straw. A medium sweet taste, light fruity apple flavours, not a lot of depth in the flavours; a medium dry finish.

Bottle courtesy of Minutemat, part of Euroswap 1/2019. Very clean, apple-centered with no noticeable funk. A hint of acetic acid, but only a pleasant amount. Moderate amount of clean apple complexity. Moderate sweetness, rather sweet, light bitterness and very light sourness. Finidhes sweet too. Very refreshing, easy drinking, quite classic example.

500ml bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Has more going on than most ciders. Tangy and some overripe apple things going on. Decent enough.
