On tap at Cynosure, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle pepper, light saison yeast and some herbal notes. Flavour is fairly dry and lightly estery, doughy notes and bready malt. Dry, gently spicy and doughy. It's alright.

Bottle: Poured a golden with white head. Aroma was grassy barnyard hay, light fruit. Taste straw, fruit, Belgian esters.
