A light, fresh and very drinkable beer with lemongrass. The Funky Falcon thanks its name to the funky hop varieties that are used. When you smell this Pale Ale it feels like falling in love. Everything comes together in these melony, lemony and lemongrass aromas.

Bottle. Beermoth, Manchester. Hazy, vivid gold. Loads of fast rising bubbles make for a thick, bubbly, lasting, white head. Looks boss. Nose has sweet, clean grain. Some grassy hop. Notes of lemon rind. Hint of peppery spice. Taste has a light, lemon bitterness. Touch of spice. Foamy, light and airy mouthfeel. Finish gets a little pithy, spicy bitter. Ok.
