A light, fresh and very drinkable beer with lemongrass. The Funky Falcon thanks its name to the funky hop varieties that are used. When you smell this Pale Ale it feels like falling in love. Everything comes together in these melony, lemony and lemongrass aromas.

Hazy pale orange pour, with a tall white head that gives way to a sticky lacing. Smells of bitter hops and pine resin and citrus. Bitter taste, crisp and refreshing, with not much sweetness.

On tap at Arends Nest Amsterdam. Hazy gold lasting white head. Citrus tropical fruit aroma. Fairly light in the mouth not much malt. But it’s first beer of the day so tastes lovely. Hoppy dry finish. Tropical fruit saison. Some funk comes in towards the finish. Decent. Bit too new world hop for me.
