Loaded with hop flavor and aroma, this beer does not have the bitterness normally associated with hoppy brews. The appearance is a rich honey-amber color hinting at its smooth, caramel flavoring, which balances the pine and citrus notes of Cascade and Zythos hops. Summit hops add a unique, but not overwhelming character of onion and garlic. With a medium body and slightly sweet finish, this is an extremely drinkable brew that is characterized by aromatic hops, rich malt taste and an uncommonly mild bitterness for such a hoppy brew.

Draft sample at VA Beer & Cheer Festival, 12/8/12. Pours a murky amber color with a thin frothy tan head. Poor head retention. Aroma of caramel malts and citrus hops. The taste is caramel, herbal and citrus hops. Medium bodied, off-balance.
