An English style brown ale with some American influences. This beer is medium-brown colored with a thick, creamy head. Carried by a delightfully creamy mouth feel, a subtle but very complex flavor profile is presented that is malty, nutty and easy to drink. An experienced taster will pick up a blend of hop flavors with low bitterness as an herbal seasoning to the impressions of malt, caramel, toast and cream. This beer uses imported hops and base grains from the UK blended with American made specialty grains for balance.

Draft: Poured a murky brown with white head. Aroma light. Taste is nice nutty brown a little thin and drinkable.

The aroma is potatoes and dirt. Cloudy brown, medium yellow head. The flavor is just absolutely awful, clam juice and chlorine. Slightly vegetal at first, it takes a horrible nosedive by midpalate. Something is definitely wrong with this beer.
