Cask at Euston tap. Aroma is really earthy, damp straw, rough citrus rind, little dank. Hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a thin white head. Flavour is composed of grainy, straw, earthy citrus, rough round the edges. Assertive back of the throat bitter. Balance is of. Palate is grainy, moderate carbonation. Tangy finish.

Half pint, cask at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden. Near clear golden body. Bubbly ring on the rim of the glass. Lemony hops on the nose. Taste of ripe citrus added by a bite of apricot. Semi-dry ending. A little thin bodied in the mouth. Okay (London 11.07.2015).

Half-pint, cask: Old Fighting Cocks, Oakengates on 29th June 2014. Clear light golden pour with a white head. Mild citrus notes in the hoppy aroma and taste; this lessens the sweet maltiness flavour in the mouth and helps to balance the beer nicely. Pleasant and easy drinking brew, medium bodied with a semi-dry finish.
