Bottle shared by jcwattsrugger: Poured an orange burgundy with pink hint to head. Aroma is a pungent fruit and yeast. Taste is sweet with berry and malts.

22oz bottle from the source on bottling day. Foamy offwhite-gold. A-funk and blueberry. T has blueberry/sweet initially. As it warms-funk with slight Blueberry.

Pour is a hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is a large spicy yeast ester with nice green hop as well. I don’t get much blueberry but the farmhouse saison aspects of this are quite strong. Flavor is again super spicy and yeasty and a dry barnyard must. Again I get very little blueberry but if your going to make the base beer as well made as this I’m fine without any fruit addition.
