Bottle: Poured a brown to black with bubble carbonation head. Aroma is tart fruits and malt, nice oak woodiness lingers in the nose. The taste is woodsy, oak, tart dark fruit and malts, acidic. I’m torn now between sharing my other bottle on my vacation or saving it because this will only get better with a couple years on it.
