The remaining wilderness surrounding the Indian Ocean’s Bay of Bengal is the last great stronghold for earth’s most formidable terrestrial predator: the Bengal Tiger. Aggressively hopped, yet surprisingly delicate, this Double India Pale Ale offers a juxtaposition of two opposing forces. Crack open a can. Cry out with a roar. Revel in the partnership of the ferocious and the serene. Enjoy.

From a Kroger can this pours a little darker than average pale and it seems to be quite thick. Big fruity rude aroma with a mild cleaning pine fluid nose. Taste is big bad-ass and bitter. BBAB! I second that with an upper gullet warming sensation. Its near the big ten; and you feel it. In the end, is it possible I detect some sensations of unthinkingly dizzy. Whew. What else can be said? One bitter straight up ass, terribly on style, IPA IPA brew. There you have it, another ubiquitously available style, duh.

Can thanks to jsquire: Poured a hazy coppery orange with huge off white head. Aroma is piney citrus hops and malt. The taste reminds of what sucking on a pine tree air freshener would most likely be and some malts at the end.

Sample at the "Black Friday 01" tasting on 01/22/2016. Slightly hazy reddish-orange color with a medium thin off-white head that burns away quickly to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of earthy hops, pithy citrus and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a short fruity hops aftertaste. Decent overall.
