A Rotterdam Pale Ale dryhopped with the American hops Citra & Mosaic. Karel is fruity in the nose with passion fruit, grapefruit, and a hint of hay and citrus in the background. The refreshing fruity flavors end in a slightly bitter and thirst-quenching aftertaste.

Cheers Paulo, 330ml bottle shared between four at the May Shrewsbury Bottle Swap. Poured a cloudy old gold colour with a thin white head. Hoppy in nature with a mild citrus hint within the nose and taste, fruity with a slight mango trace to off-set the dry bitterness of the citrus base flavours. Different and almost interesting, a little bland compared to some of the beers tasted around it, so calling bland may be a bit unfair.

Draught, session 3, Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Picked up at the De Molen stand. Cloudy golden body colour. Firm, remaining off-white head. Fruit hoppy nose, semi-dry. Malt-fruity flavours of earth, pineapple and peach. Dusty hops to the ending, short-lived. Medium to thin bodied. Fair enough and promising (03.05.2014).

Bottled, BB 20-11-2015, large sample. Served in a shaker. Hazy orange color, big frothy off-white head. Aroma is very fruity of the hops, peach, grapefruit, citrus, hint of pine. Slight caramelly hint of the malt. Medium bitter in taste, a bit sharpish, bit dry, slight sweet caramel. Lingering bitter palate. Lovely aroma, a bit unbalanced in flavor though. Nice beer.

Draught @ CBC 2014. Pours hazy golden with a offwhite head, lacings. Aroma of malt, fruity hops, peach, passion fruit. Flavor is malts, fruity, peach, green apples. Medium body, lively carbonation, light bitter finish. 030514

amber/oranje troebel met witte kraag. aroma is lekker hoppig van den/citrus en grapefruit. Smaken zijn matig tot redelijk zoet, matig bitter, zwak qua sterkte, hoppigheid komen ook in de smaken terug (citrus/den/grapefruit). lichte body, dun en waterig, wat mij met name opvalt in het bier is het basis dunne (voor het gevoel wat waterig) karakter,
