One Thousand Ninety-Five is a blend of bourbon barrel aged Belgian-style dark ales, including the barrel aged versions of previous anniversary releases. This particular variant has been finished in a Cognac barrel for 1 year and 200 bottles were released at Kane's 4th anniversary event.

Bottle. Dark caramel, fine floating particles. Thin head, poor retention. Aroma of caramel, toffee, cherries, booze, oak, whiskey. Taste is vanilla, raisin, oak, booze. Medium bodied, warming.

Bottle. Pours a very dark brown with small beige head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is yeast, spice, vanilla, candy sugar. Medium body, yeast, wood, vanilla, dark fruit, boozy finish, very nice.

Bottle thanks to Dmac shared at Anchorage Jan ’15 Tasting: Poured a dark brown to almost black with a thin tan head. Nice oak and sweet dark fruit aroma. Very on point with loads of dark sticky fruit blending with candy sugar, bourbon, vanilla, and oak.

Bottle. Pours black tan head. Nose/taste of bourbon, vanilla, oak, dark fruits, plum and touch of cocoa. Medium-full bodied.
