This light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production. The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness. All these features make St-Feuillien Blonde an excellent and very drinkable beer.

Served at home from The Sub Rocky white head left a creamy cover on a hazy pale amber body. Belgian yeast & spiced aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a cloying back. Sweet citrus, confectionery, spicy, yeast & bitter hop tastes. Deece

Bottle on 9th October 2020 from M&S, Camden Town. Pours a hazy gold with lasting white foam and no lacing. Spicy aroma with tangy hoppiness. Nutty malts - hazelnut in-mouth with tangy fruits. A blended fruit and nut finish with spices. Full bodied with an engaging texture.

Bottle from Belgiuminabox. Pours a slightly hazy yellow/straw colour with a large thick creamy white head. Aromas of bananas, cloves, coriander, spice with hints of lemon, apple and pear. Taste is similar to the aroma with added herbal notes and a little hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied with a peppery, herbal and slightly hoppy finish. A bit different and more herbal and spicy notes than the usual Belgian blonde. Nice one.

I was thinking that I already had this one, turns I did not. Smell-weak to medium, banana, yeast, Belgian notes, caramel, good stuff, but weak. Foam- thin, huge in mouth, some Belgian notes, yeast, malt, bitterness, sweetness. Head is large, white color. Sticks a bit. Appearance- unique bottle cap for beer, I must give extra for that even when its nothing special. The bottle is simple but nice. Hazy yellow amber, medium carbonation. From - snifter Taste- yeast, malt, caramel, Belgian notes (yeast), weak alcohol, malt, sweetness and bitterness in the mix. Beers like this are the reason I like Belgian beers. Not bad, easy-drinking and in the style I like.

Finally on sale at Yamaya. For 333¥, sure. As expected except for a slightly strange finish.

Big creamy head. Citric cream aroma with a bit of hops. Hopbitter flavor, just a bit yeasty, with hints of orange and grapefruit. Fairly long bitter aftertaste. Prickly mouthfeel. Well made beer, well balanced, but not overly tasty.
