The base of this beer was brewed to be a sweet, less roasty stout in order to complement a hefty infusion of Guatamala Finca El Injerto coffee freshly roasted by Stumptown Coffee Roasters. We love coffee, and this stout aims not to be subtle, but vibrant and bold in its presentation of the roasted bean. With notes of chocolate, earth, and cognac, this beer is a decadent, complex treat for any lover of coffee! A lovely beer, and one we are quite proud of.
