Reviewed from notes.
Growler.
This was poured into a stange.
The appearance was a nice looking hazy to slightly transparent yellow to light orange color. A layer of white foamy head sat at the top and dissipated nicely leaving some light lacing sliding into the beer.
The smell had a sweet to grassy fresh citrus blend.
The taste was mainly the same leading with a fair citrus blend into the aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation seemed good for the style and for me as it made up for lack of bitterness as a kolsch should.
Overall, I say as a kolsch, it works. Definitely a Summer pounder.

Draft: Poured clear with a whispery white head. Sour grain aroma. Taste is nice corn and light sour grain. Refreshing overall.
