Tap at the Natomas venue. Pours lightly with a creamy white head. Light clove aroma. Arguably medium body. Flavor is clove, cardamom, wheat. Some zest. Dry. Lightly bitter. Good for the style.

Tap @ Aurora location. Cloudy, light yellow appearance with a white head. Yeasty, light orange peel, light coriander nose. Yeasty, somewhat coriander spicy, quite fruity (particularly orange peel), light wheat flavor. Refreshing, easy drinking beer but a little too fruity.

Draft at the Elk Grove location. An unclear golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of wheat as well as a light note of fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and light notes of fruit, leading to a dry wheat finish. Boring.

It poured up pale straw with medium opacity and weak white head. The aroma was pretty full with malt graininess, bubble gum, apple and banana. The flavor seemed apply-ee with supporting notes of bubble gum, wheat, grains and banana. This one was served up near freezing, sadly as all their beers are, but this time the low temp didn’t really mess up the flavor.

On tap. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a white head. Sweet coriander nose. Light body, extremely sweet and sugary exotic fruit accents. Absolutely no bitterness. 130709

On draught at the Columbus location. The beer pours a cloudy yellow-gold color with a thin white head that burns away quickly. Thin rings of lacing on the glass. Mild citrus and spices in the nose. Light body with flavors of citrus and spice plus some mild wheat. The finish is clean and fruity with a lightly spiced aftertaste that does not linger long. Average overall.
