With a blend of two-row caramel malt and four types of domestic hops, Budweiser Black Crown is finished on a bed of Beechwood chips for a smooth, balanced taste. Incorporating the proprietary yeast directly descended from the original Budweiser yeast strain used by Adolphus Busch in 1876, Budweiser Black Crown retains the key characteristics of Budweiser with its clean taste and high drinkability. Featuring more body, color and hop character than the flagship lager, it also has a slightly higher alcohol content at 6% ABV.

Super light on the hops, but at least I can taste some. Light cara malts, on the sweet side too. Relatively refreshing. Light bready finish. Not horrible, much better than regular bud.

Пил его уже много лет назад в Нью-Йорке из крана. Было очень приятным, питким, ощущается карамель, совсем легкая жженка и приятная бархатистость. Возможно было просто очень свежем.

Bottle. A- Metallic, grainy, malty, caramel, sweet. A- Copper color, clear liquid, white head. T- Caramel, malty, cereal. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, crisp finish. O- This is what happens when big beer companies try to actually make good beer. You get stuff like this. Nothing I would claim to have drank, but still a definite upgrade from regular old Bud or Bud Light. It has a clean and balanced taste but it’s just pretty dang bland.

On tap at the Biergarten. Pours a clear gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has light grain and and biscuit but a bit thin overall. Flavor is light grass, straw and light grain with a thin finish.
