Deep red in color, this Belgian style ale has a lovely caramel malt background and a soft fruity finish. The authentic Belgian yeast used in fermentation provides this complex ale with its lite clove and banana characteristics, typical of many Belgian ales.

Bottle thanks to Ibrew2or3 for this Dubbel: Poured a brown clearish color with no head. Aroma was sour fruit. Taste was very thin and water fruit.

12oz bottle pours clear copper with tan head. The aroma offers up spicy yeast, apples, pears, malts and a light sense of rauch malts. The taste is similar with apple, peach and some apricot like fruitiness. It then picks up yeasty spices, malts and a touch of dry mildly roasted maltiness. Nice flavor.
