Krystallinsk bunnfall, floaties. Frisk og lett bitter, men noe enkel. Mistet på ingen måte hodet.

Wow, bedre enn forventet. Frisk syrlig smak, noe kulsyre.

Clear golden colour, firm white head. Quite herbal aroma, hops, yeast. Quite sweet, light bitter flavour. Sweet, almost cloying finish, lingering bitter.

Some bar: Pours hazy yellow gold with a white head. Aroma is yeast, fruitiness, and light hops. Taste is kind of on the sweet side with a hoppy undertone. Not too bitter. Mild aftertaste. Really fizzy and carbonated mouth feel. Pleasant enough to drink.

Pours deep gold into a tulip. Bright white micro head with excellent retention tophats as it slowly recedes. Sweet and sour summer fruit aromas. Crisp with sour berries upfront turning to bread and grass in the middle before the dry lasting sourdough finish.

0.33l bottle. This is a blurry golden one, absolutely packed with big unfiltered particles and the head is massive, really fluffy and white in color. The aroma has a strong alcoholic and fruity touch over it. Green apples and pears, sour peaches, light candied sugar, traces of pineapple and Belgian yeast. Quite classic in the tripel genre. It's not surprisingly lively on the carbonation level and the mouthfeel is oily gliding. More white sugary alcohol, Belgian yeast, canned pear and slightly acidic pear juice. It has a flour-ish dry mouthfeel in the aftertaste. Light warming also. It's a classic tripel in every way, and I like classic Belgian tripels. 09.02.2013

Keg at the Catford Bridge Tavern (Cheers for the taste Tone) Gold colour with a medium/think white head. Fruity taste and aroma of light citrus, pretty boozy finish.
