Pours clear deep copper with white head. The aroma is caramel, lagery yeast, a touch of molasses, crystal malts and a bit of graininess around the edges. The taste is on the crisp side to start with some spicy malts and graininess and then quickly picking up sweet caramel, crystal malts and lagery yeastiness. Midway and to the finish it picks up some dry malt roastiness to help balance out the initial sweetness. Pretty nice stuff.

Bottle: Poured a medium brown color beer with a large enough head with Ok retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of caramel malt is more dominant that I would have expected. Taste is also dominated by caramel malt with some balanced sweetness. Body is fuller then anticipated with good carbonation. There is nothing to write home about but well made and quite enjoyable.

Bottle from ericandersnavy. Pours slightly hazy ruddy amber with a 4 finger foamy beige head. Aroma is quite bready/caramel. Not getting much hop. More like spice? Medium body with mild carbonation. It’s caramel/toffee with a watery bitterness. Refreshing, but not a palate challenge.

I assure you I will enter my entire review as soon as possible. This beer is a slightly hazy copper color with a medium thin light beige head that dissipates steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of bready malt and hops. Light body with flavors of sweet malt, resiny hops and a bit of earth. The finish is lightly hopped with a mildly bitter aftertaste. A little better than expected, but an average beer overall.

bottle - Pours hazy red-orange with a small off-white head. It smells of lightly fruit accented malt and a hint of caramel. The flavor is sweet, lightly toasted caramel and grainy malts. It’s light bodied and utterly underwhelming.

Bottle: Copper clear colored pour with a thin off white head. Aroma is skunk, cardboard, and malt. Taste is sweet malt with a slight metallic back end.

Bottle. I’m not getting how people have any qualms with this beer. It seems to me to be right on for the style. Pours a light amber with a soft white head. Emits sweet malt aromas, some light caramel. Flavor quite sweet, with faint hints of roasty malts. Some mild bitterness in the tail. Lingering sweetness, some mild stickiness. Pretty smooth, medium body, nice carbonation. Very easy to drink.

Pours slightly hazy copper color with light tan head. Aromas of toasted malts and bread. Sweet malty caramel flavor with some dough and a slight hop bitterness. Medium body with average carbonation.

Bottle thanks to mar. Pours with a minimal head, clear copper body. Aroma is grassy and bready. Fizzy, bitter dry and grassy. Not great.

12oz bottle. Deep amber-brown color, with a thin, steady, off-white head. Deep malty aroma, touch of pungent amber malts. Surprisingly decent for the style, though it has a little too many fruity ale qualities to really nail it. Medium bodied, balanced, with the hops adding a mild soapy, spicy touch. OK.
