An amber beer with a light flavour of honey mingled with undertones of bay leaves and juniper berries.

A top fermentation, double-malt amber beer flavoured with locally-made honey from Cavasso Nuovo, bay leaves and juniper berries. Suitable for accompanying panettone, gubana (a fruit cake from the Friuli region) and nougat. Excellent with both fresh and mature cheeses. A contemplative beer.

Bottle: Poured a copper orange brown with a white head. Aroma is candy like the old bazooka bubblegum. Taste is sweet candy, lacked that honey bitterness that I would have expected.

Chestnut honey beer

Hazy copper color. Perfumy, soapy aroma. Medium body, light malt flavor, very light astringency at the end. Simple.
