Gebraut mit dem seltenen Nelson Sauvin-Hopfen aus Neuseeland erinnert dieses in der Flasche vergorene Weissbier an einen ausdrucksstarken Sauvignon Blanc. In der Nase ist es exotisch blumig, bringt dann einen malzigen Körper, leicht säuerliche Fruchtigkeit und einen leichten, trockenen Abgang. Eine faszinierende Kombination aus Frische, Fruchtigkeit und Eleganz!

Bottle from Wine Rack, West Byfleet, before it shut. Sweet floral testy aroma. Opaque dark orange. Thick creamy off-white head. Light bitter. Sweet and sour under. A citrus zap. Medium bodied. Creamy average carbonation. Long finish. Very drinkable. Also kinda low key. Still good stuff whilst watching England go through:)

375 ml bottle served in a half weizen at Lambic Tap Room. It pours golden to amber, hazy, greenish shades and short-lasting white thick head. Aroma is mild but diverse: lots of white flowers, strawberry, raspberry, smoke, brioche. Taste is soft, low carb, clean and fresh. Even though subtle, it lasts long. Great, it truly could remind you of a Sancerre white wine.

In der Nase bananig, blumig. Im Trunk sehr weich, cremig, Banane, sehr sehr süffig, leichte Süße. Hinten feinherb malzig, unfassbar gut trinkbar. Sehr sehr lecker.

On tap (Artbrau Heilbronn). Pours a cloudy yellow color. Aroma is wheat and some mild fruits. Flavour is the same with mild spicing.

2017 edition bottle from Damián Beer and ale. Eventually light weizenbock, for this voltage it's very easy drinking with some dried plum, clove and light banana. Nice, smooth and easy.

On tap at Braukunst Live. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of banana with yeast and a touch of fruit. Sweet fruity flavour with malty and yeasty notes.
