Siriviela has a distinct hop aroma with both floral and vegetal overtones. It is full-bodied, with the characteristic bitter taste of hops.

A pale, bottom fermentation double malt beer obtained from the light “Pilsener” malt.
Siriviela is suitable for accompanying hors d’oeuvres, pizza, pasta with tomato or vegetable sauces, fish, braised meats, charcuterie, medium mature cheeses and bloomy rind cheeses.

Bottled 750ml. -from Coop within Tiare Shoping, Villesse, Italy. Hazy golden coloured, medium sized white to off-white head, bready nose. Sweetish malty, bready, light cereals and touch of caramel with soft alcohol in the finish. Wrong style stated; this is not malt liquor.

Bottle at Don Antonio restaurant, W 50th St, New York. Pours cloudy amber with a frothy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, fruit, malt, alcohol and hop. Medium to heavy sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Very drinkable.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy yellow. The aroma is sweet and malty. Taste is malt, floral, and cereal. The alcohol is not hidden at all.

Bottle at IBF 2009, Milan
Hazy dark blond color. Simple but solid Bock, good body, balanced, with a nice cereals touch, no thrills. Perfumy. Pleasant.
