From old tasting notes. Labeled as "Tennent’s Milk Stout". Deep black color. Immense creamy brown head. Chocolatey malt aroma. Intensely sweet roasted malt flavor. Very sweet and chocolatey. Very unique and flavorful. Long sweet roasted malt aftertaste.

Moze i koncern, ale intensywny, kawowo-zbozowy z nutkami czeko i palonosci, dosc slodki, niezle cialo, bardzo pijalny.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 15B). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 26179 (BBF 30/09/17). AROMA: medium roasted-like aroma (chocolate) with a sweet component. slight cardboard aroma. APPEARANCE: very dark brown color with slight ruby highlights. opaque. medium tanned head with medium-low retention. TASTE: medium-high sweet coffee-and-milk like flavor. slight carboard note. medium bitterness with a semi-sweet to sweet and roasted finish. PALATE: medium body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a stout with a high sweet component from adjuncts and food coloring.

Nachdem ich bei LIDL einige brauchbare Craft-Biere gefunden hatte, stolperte ich bei Hofer/ALDI über das Tennents Stout und war schon sehr gespannt was da geliefert wird. Allerdings bin ich nicht so begeistert von dem Bier. Es hat eine starke Bitternote, aber sonst keinerlei Aromen. Möglicherweise schmeckt es gezapft vom Fass besser, aber die Flaschenware kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Dark brown color, almost black with a tan head that quickly diminishes. Aroma and flavor has notes of sweet malts. Watery final with light body.

Botella de 33 cl hace ya tanto tiempo que ni me acuerdo. Seria posible tomar de nuevo esta cerveza en España. La ultima vez que la tome aun iba al instituto. Buena buena ((para aquella época)) como me encantaría recordar viejos tiempos!!! los primeros ""tonteos"" con el mundo stout y color negro de sabores tostados. Ahora solo me queda una achatada botella vacía...
