Who is afraid of darkness? Dark beer made with several roasted barley from England and Germany, cocoa nibs, lactose and just a bit of hops. A Milk Chocolate Stout as soft as velvet, that recalls powdered cocoa and barley coffee. Don’t be scared by its colour.

Bottiglia: Almost black with a ruby sheen, small and slowly collapsing tanned creamy head; mainly sweet nose of roasted malt and cacao-powder, traces of hops and leather underneath; moderate and drier bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; lingering bitter-hoppy and toasty-caramelly finish. Not great, but pleasant and well drinkable...

Bottle. Clear dark colour. Tasty beer, chocolate, milk chocolate, rather light roastiness. Quite easily drinkable. Good one.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - black pour with beige head. Aroma and taste is mix of roasted and sweet malts, chocolate, coffee, some dark fruits, not bad.
