Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a hazy bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out salty rhubarb, gentle acidity and a touch of funk. Flavour is earthy as hell, with intense earthy rhubarb, light saltiness, and a touch of funk. That's some pungent, salty rhubarb. Fun stuff but not complex or elegant. Good.

During MBCC 2023 Saturday afternoon session with Matt, Brian, Ryan, Phill, Erik, along with superhelpful, bossy, funny, and sarcastic Rachel, hehe. Aroma: very funky, a bit fruity. Taste: same. Overall: ok.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is salty rhubarb indeed, fresh funk too. Taste is intense salty rhubarb, quite acidic, almost too much, but still so fresh in character. Fine-bubbled carbonation. Tasty!
