A classic India Pale Ale with American and New Zealand hops, named after the italian frustrating burocracy. Nose is elegant: it recalls citrus fruits and mature fruits with and starts with light sweet caramel, followed by a long, elegant, fine bitterness. Dedicated to the love for hops and to people of few words.

330ml bottle from Beer Ritz, Leeds. Pours a clear copper dark-amber colour, with a thin white head and a caramel bready aroma. Taste is malt caramel, with a pine note, and a lingering earthy grassy resin dry bitterness. Medium body and soft carbonation. OK.

Bottle, Beer Ritz, Leeds. Dark amber pour with a middling beige head. Oh dear , the metallic nose and flavour totally killed this for me. I really enjoyed their Spaceman IPA, but this was not good. Drain pour territory.

330 ml bottle. Slightly hazy orange to amber body with a fine off-white head. Aroma has caramel malt and moderate citric fruit in the direction of peach/apricot. Flavour is sweet and bitter, fruity as in aroma. Medium body, medium bitter aftertaste, all in all a rather medium all the way type IPA. Refreshing and forgotten.

pours amber, white foam, sweet hoppy smell, low carbo, very drinkable. sweet hops, some bitterness. aftertaste comes very late and is to the bitter side. again a very unique kind of hops, that i only had at this brewerie... i LIKE this brewerie !

33cl bottle from Vinmonopolet, Oslo City. Pours hazy amber with a small off-white head. Fruity and hoppy aroma with citrus, peaches, caramel, malt and hints of herbs, pine and yeast. Sweet and fruity with hoppy and pleasantly bitter finish. Medium bitter and citrussy aftertaste.

Bottle from Mr Lawrence, Brockley. Blood red/orange pour with an off white head. Caramel, toffee apple and citrus aroma. Flavours of malts, bitter citrus and a light hop bite. Quite a hoppy finish. Pleasant enough.

330ml bottle. Cloudy dark golden to amber colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Minimally biting herbal hoppy aroma, some citrus, a touch of grapefruit, some underlying caramel malt. Taste is hoppy with decent fruit notes, a touch of citrus, orange; slightly flabby finish.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.0%, IBU 52. Dark amber to brown colour, large off-white head. Strong aroma of fruity American hops and crystal malts, notes of oranges. High level of carbonation. Medium sweet malts in the flavour, give way to distinct piney and grapefruity American hops. Bitter aftertaste. The best I’ve had from Brewfist so far, might buy again.
